Formed in 2016, Creative Form Ltd combines the skills and expertise of award winning learning designers, sports and leisure coaches and entertainers to provide a range or services to businesses, education and care providers.
From Pilates and Mindfulness to active outdoor team building, we provide bespoke, innovative solutions to our customers.

Mindful choices for children & adults.
Mindful choices for children and adults is a mindful awareness, social-emotional learning program for children that helps them manage stress and anxiety, and increase self-control and sustain attention.
We deliver fun and engaging sessions that teach children and teachers the fundamental practices and tools to integrate mindfulness into the classroom and their everyday life.
Utilising the best practices from Pilates, Mindfulness, and sports science, our team (and their animated friends), take you through fun and engaging activities
Bespoke event and team build sessions
We design unique team days and activity sessions that energise and build your team. We also have A LOT of fun.
We focus the session on achieving the outcomes you want from the activities, be it learning skills to be more collaborative, enhance your leadership skills, or simply enhance your teams working relationships through fun packed activities.
From inflatable assault courses to building shelters in the woods, we have the expertise and experience to make your team day the talk of the office!
Learning & Development Design and Delivery
We provide award winning learning & development design and delivery services to both large and small organisations.
Whether digital or classroom based sessions are required, we can provide an innovative, bespoke, solution that achieves the clients desired outcomes.
Previous clients include Three UK Ltd, The FA Premier League, Xerox and Maserati.
From 1-2-1 mindfulness, personal development and leadership training to group team building days, Creative Form provide engaging sessions for a variety of clients and organisations.

Pilates
We offer Pilates classes for both adults and children of all abilities, either in group or 1-2-1 session.
We work with a wide range of clients and customers from education authorities, charities, businesses and nurseries to provide Pilates classes for all ages, from 18 months to 80+ years old.
Music Act Bookings and Management
We provide music agency services to a wide range of artists, predominantly tribute acts for corporate events, venues, fundraisers and festivals.
